Le Fort I Plate

acc. to Rustemeyer

The Le Fort I Plate acc. to Rustemeyer is used for fixation in orthognathic maxillary realignment and offers many advantages like:

  • Fixation is paranasally and in the area of the zygomatic prominence - along the trajectories possible

  • Alternative to the application of the Mini L and T plates

  • Avoidance of complex bending

  • and much more....

We have also recently published a case example illustrating the precision of the plate, its stabilization benefits and its role in improving surgical outcomes and patient recovery.

Shepard

The Shepard Cylinder Osteotomes is used for the harvest of cancellous bone from iliac crest.

The procedure allows the cancellous bone to be removed quickly and safely, without the need for surgical assistance. The removal of the cancellous bone can be performed under local anesthesia, so that the discomfort for the patient is minimal.
This minimally invasive surgical approach therefore allows the patient to be mobile quickly after the operation.

CMF Instruments

In addition to specialty products, we also offer a number of standard instruments for maxillofacial surgery.
